VENDOR RULES

Set-up: Friday, July 25^th after 7:00 pm or Saturday, July 26^th from 7:00-8:00 am

Must be ready for sales by 9:00 am

1. NO illegal items permitted on the grounds. Discovery of such items will result in immediate expulsion from the grounds.
2. NO firearms other than antiques may be sold. NO ammunition or components of any kind may be sold.
3. NO obscene pictures or pornographic material may be sold or given away.
4. Dumpsites and trashcans are available for your refuse. Please keep your area clean at all times.
5. Electricity is not guaranteed. We will try to provide it for you if you need it.
6. Parking is not permitted behind your space. All vehicles must be moved after unloading.
7. All fees must be paid prior to set up. Refunds will be given at the discretion of the NBACC should weather or any other event cause a cancellation.

Insurance, if desired, must be obtained at your own risk. The promoter of the NBACC and the Village of North Baltimore assume no risk. By acceptance of the agreement, the exhibitor and associates expressly release the promoter of the NBACC and the Village of North Baltimore from any and all liability.

I understand and will abide by the rules set forth.

I understand that I will be asked to leave if I violate any of the above rules.
