VENDOR RULES

1.      No illegal items permitted on the grounds. Discovery of such items will result in immediate expulsion from the grounds by the proper authorities.

2.      No firearms, other than antiques may be sold. No ammunition or components of any kind may be sold.

3.      No obscene pictures or pornographic material may be sold or given away.

4.      Trashcans are available for your refuse. Please keep your area clean at all times.

5.      Electricity is not guaranteed. We will try to provide it for you if you need it.

6.      Parking is not permitted behind your space. All vehicles must be moved after unloading.

7.      Set-up: Friday July 30 after 7:00pm or Saturday July 30 from 7:00am-8:30am. Must be ready for sales by 9:00am.

8.      Event will run from 9:00am-8:00pm. There will be NO early teardowns. No exceptions!

9.      Booths are reserved only when payment is included with the application’

10.  Booths will be assigned on a “first come, first serve” basis (by postmark date). Previous vendors will have first chance for their booth. New vendors will be put on a waiting list. We will try to honor your request.

11.  Please return application with payment by July 10, 2010.

12.  Refunds will be given at the discretion of the NBACC should weather or any other event cause a cancellation.

        Insurance if desired must be obtained at your own expense. The promoter of NBACC and the Village of North Baltimore assume no risk. By acceptance of the agreement the exhibitor and associates expressly release the promoter of NBACC and the Village of North Baltimore from any and all liability. I understand and will abide by the rules set forth. I understand that I will be asked to leave if I violate any of the above rules.
